Absolutely. All sessions and messages are end-to-end encrypted and our platform is HIPAA compliant. Your personal data is never shared with third parties, and you can delete your account at any time.

BrightPsych supports HD video therapy, voice-only calls, and secure text messaging. You can choose whichever format feels most comfortable and even switch between them from session to session.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at the therapist's discretion.

We are currently working with select Kenyan insurance providers to offer direct billing. In the meantime, we provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
